A regular meeting with entrepreneurs in the framework of the project "Business and power: Straight talk" was held in Kazan

(Kazan City KZN.RU, June 10). Kazan hosted a regular meeting of the business community with the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the framework of the project "Business and power: Straight talk". The meeting was attended by the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin.

Even before the meeting more than 500 questions from entrepreneurs were to the President were received online. At the meeting about 200 businessmen, as well as the heads of the republican ministries and departments and the heads of municipal formations of Tatarstan were invited.

During the meeting Rustam Minnikhanov answered 23 questions of entrepreneurs, which touched upon tax liabilities and administrative responsibility of business, creation of conditions for a comfortable business in the municipalities of the republic, the development of domestic farms and rural tourism, the use of municipal land, as well as a number of regulatory issues to ensure business activities.

During the conversation the further development of Old Tatar Sloboda was touched upon, in particular, ensuring of greater accessibility to tourist buses. It was suggested to open that part of the street for  buses, at the same time the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin noted that the value of this street is that it is walking.

Entrepreneurs also raised the question of changes in the order of transfer of residential premises in apartment buildings to the non-residential for conducting business activities there. According to the businessman, now it is almost impossible by obtaining the consent of 100% of the population. Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin has clarified that this requirement of federal law, so it was proposed to raise the question on the appropriate level of the State Duma of Russia.
