Ilsur Metshin: "The housing market revived in Kazan"

Construction of large-scale residential complex "Victory" on the same avenue in the Sovietsky district of the city began in May 2013. LLC "LC Victory", which is part of the group of companies "HICK" ("Housing investment company Kazan") companies has acted as a builder. Construction of residential complex "Victory" is carried out with the active support of "Sberbank of Russia", which was the main partner and provided a loan in the amount of 3.6 billion rubles.

Mega complex consists of 42 block sections of variable height on the 2391 apartment with total area of​​148,173 sq.m. More than 7000 people can accommodate here. Ilsur Metshin inspected several finished apartments on the 15th floor at the 20th block section - one, two and three bedroom apartments. The average area of ​​apartments is 62 sq.m.

The "Victory" will have a set of its own social infrastructure: underground car parking and aboveground parking spaces, sports and children's playgrounds, shops and offices in non-residential premises at the first and second floors of a total area of ​​15091 square meters, detached kindergarten for 110 places, fitness center, convenient access roads and recreational zones of rest. The peculiarity of the residential complex is the realization of the concept of "green court" - under the houses a large two-level underground parking area of ​​65256 sq.m for 1966 parking spaces was built, which has its own car elevator.

Special attention will be paid to improvement. According to Emil Khusnutdinov, city recreation park will be made at the residential complex. Ilsur Metshin noted location of the residential complex, which is a great advantage when buying apartments. We have seen good sales in January and February, it was due to the fact that the period of mortgage lending program with the state support was going to end, but ultimately was extended, "- Emil Khusnutdinov talked about the dynamics of sales. Note that the apartments in the residential complex "Victory" are actively sold not only to Kazan residents, but also to residents of Almetyevsk, Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk and other nearby cities. Buyers are attracted by the possibility of house mortgages, including a special program "Military Mortgage".

Ilsur Metshin noted that there has been a positive shift in Kazan housing sphere. "Despite the fact that today we have to deal with the problem defrauded investors, the city continues to be built; large housing projects are successfully implemented. The housing market in the city revived; there are sales in different neighborhoods. Construction is a litmus test of how the population feels. If apartment are bought, it means that there is a revival of the industry, and jobs will be retained and tax revenues paid, and most importantly - there will be new families who will settle in a new apartment,"- the Mayor said.
