The amount of sales at agricultural fairs in Kazan increased by 2 times for the year
(Kazan City KZN.RU, January 29, Anton Nozdrin). Amount of sales of goods at agricultural fairs of Kazan increased more than 2 times compared with the 2014 year. Over the past year products at 920.6 million rubles were sold in the urban areas, a year earlier - at 452.7 million rubles. The Chairman of the Committee of the consumer market of the city Ruslan Zainetdinov reported to the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin about this was at a meeting dedicated to the results of 2015.
According to him, the average amount of realization at fairs is rising steadily every day. If in 2013 the figure was 23.2 million a day, in 2014 - 26.6 million, last year the figure was 29.7 million rubles.
R.Zaynutdinov recalled that in the past year agricultural fairs were held at 8 city venues, production companies represented 24 districts of Tatarstan. During operation of fairs 2363 tons of meat and poultry, 1226 tons of milk, 155 tons of butter, 1,799 tons of sugar, 2,049 tons of flour, 20.2 million pieces of chicken eggs, more than 12,108 tons of vegetables, potatoes and other products were brought.
"From January 16 this year we resumed the agricultural fairs, - R.Zaynetdinov continued. - This year they are already held at 10 venues in the city". The speaker noted that the cost of products at fairs is lower than in hypermarkets of the city that is why the products of the regions of the republic are in demand among residents of the capital of Tatarstan.
Chairman of the Committee of the consumer market noted the seasonal increase in trade. "The amount of the sale of goods at seasonal trade in 2015 amounted to 8.5 million rubles. - R.Zaynetdinov reported. - Maximum income was brought by seasonal cafes". Ice cream and drinks, melons and production of seasonal cafe were the most popular among residents of the city. For each of the areas index significantly increased in comparison with 2014 year. For example, income from seasonal cafe has grown by more than 3 million rubles, from the sale of the melons – by 400 thousand rubles.
