It is necessary to create all conditions for people to take an active part in the life of their favorite club. This opinion was expressed by the Mayor of Kazan, the president of FC "Rubin" Ilsur Metshin during a meeting with members of the fan group of FC "Rubin", held at the stadium "Kazan Arena".

The most loyal fans of FC "Rubin" - members of the fan group «USF», “Blacksmiths” and "The Aviator", as well as owners of season tickets to home games of this season, who visited all the matches of the favorite Kazan team - gathered at a meeting with the head of the city. Ilsur Metshin greeted fans and thanked for the years of love for the club "Rubin". "Despite the different events that were in the club's history, you always stay with" Rubin ". The most important thing in football is the fans. There are fans, so there is football, "- said the Mayor.

As the head of the city noted, today an active search for the head coach is conducted, work with agents is going on. However, in the new season the club has a global objective, the implementation of which is impossible without the active participation of the fans. "Our goal is simple - we need to create a new, own traditions not inventing a new game and, of course, not forgetting the 50-year history of the club "Rubin". We need to create a completely new philosophy of the club. There are no trifles in this, and success is dependent on the fan-movement "- said the Mayor and asked, how football fans live today in Kazan and if the fan movement develops.

According to the member of the fan group "The Aviator" Dmitry Polivtsev, more than one generation of fans grew in Kazan.

During the meeting, members of the fan club asked Ilsur Metshin many questions about the plans of the club "Rubin". First of all, the fans were interested in the readiness of the stadium "Kazan Arena" for the responsible match of the team against English club "Liverpool", which will take place on November 5th. "We have prepared the opening ceremony of the Universiade for five years. The holiday lasted for 3 weeks. The stadium "Kazan Arena" gives us the opportunity to hold similar celebrations several times a year. The new stadium begins its life from the very beginning. It depends on the fans if life will be in the stadium. The new page does not begin with the arrival of a new president, but with the opportunities that the stadium gives to the club, "- said the Mayor and expressed hope that the festival of football will last forever in the stadium" Kazan Arena ".

Answering the question whether the emblem of the club to change in the near future, the president of "Rubin" noted that the change of the logo is accompanied by numerous processes, it is not a matter of a one day.
