Ilsur Metshin demanded to establish order on construction sites of Kazan
(KZN.RU, March 23, Ekaterina Andreeva). Today at the ‘construction environment’ Ilsur Metshin, Mayor of Kazan demanded to establish order on constriction sites of Kazan, namely to equip them with special washers and to enclose with a civil fence.
The ecological militia has rights to detain cars left construction sites with dirty wheels. “I suppose it may lead to failure to meet deadline of construction therefore special washers must be organized on construction sites. There are no problems with that”, Ramil Mullin, Head of Administrative and Technical Inspection thinks.
“We don’t notify you of fines and cars taking. We demand to establish order on construction sites”, Mayor of Kazan summed up.
