Living in a city is not only comfortable, but also prestigious. This opinion was expressed by the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin during the Business Monday.

After hosting of major sports events Kazan can be confidently called sports center of the country. But this is not the only area that is developing rapidly – at the last time the city becomes more attractive for young people and for the business community. For example, the fact that Kazan won the 7th place in the ranking of the working attractiveness of largest Russian cities by Superjob, tells about this.

"It is important that our city hosts more international events, and these events cover all spheres of life - said the Mayor of Kazan. - We are interesting for the people who make the work force of the country. Living in Kazan is not only comfortable, but also prestigious, and we need to develop and strengthen this trend ".

I. Metshin also noted that it is necessary to create conditions to attract professionals of any level in the city, so they do not feel the difference between Kazan and the most developed cities in Europe.

Recall also that Kazan won the right to host the World Cup for professional skills «WorldSkills Competition» in 2019. According to the Mayor of the capital of Tatarstan, this is a new important page in the history of Kazan, which will allow the city not only greatly improve the infrastructure, but also to "grow" in the exhibition areas, and potentially to become a large international exhibition center.
