September 13, Adelia Galieva). The Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin visited the exhibition
of works by the French artist of Tatar origin Rinat Animaev "Four Seasons”.
The exposition is presented in the City Hall. With the head of the city the
representative of Tatar diaspora in France
and vice president of the Association "Cultural Bridge
Russia - France"
Leah Proner, as well as director of the Kazan City Hall Dina Latfullina inspected
the exibition.
Kazan Mayor
praised the works of the famous French master – in total in the City Hall about
100 works of the artist are presented. Among the landscape scenes are the sunny
fields, forests, the sea shore and the white blanket of snow. According to the
organizers, tranquility reigns in the works of Rinat Animaev. The exhibition
was presented in Kazan City Hall in collaboration with the Association
"Cultural Bridge Russia - France".
Rinat
Animaev is among the ten best French artists of the present time. He is a Tatar
from Tajikistan, was born in Dushanbe. Since childhood, he studied fine arts
with his father, who was also an artist. After the art school he graduated from
the Moscow Surikov State Art Institute.
In 1981,
together with students from the Surikov Institute he visited an exhibition
dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Nikolai Feshin in Kazan. He remembered this
trip to Kazan at the exhibition with warmth and hospitality of the Tatar people
and a great love for the work of his compatriot. Kazan gave him a meeting with
many of the graduates of the Kazan Art School, with whom he continued his
further communication in Moscow and abroad.
Rinat Animaev lives and works in France since
1989. The dancer Rudolf Nureyev, writer and translator Lev Gumilyov, theater
and film actress Lyudmila Gurchenko, writer Alexander Solzhenitsyn, actor,
poet, musician Vladimir Vysotsky posed for him. He works in a genre of graphics,
historical portrait, landscape, sculpture. His works are in museums and private
collections in Russia, America, Belgium, Norway, France, Sweden, Yugoslavia,
Germany, Austria, Japan.
The
exhibition "Four Seasons" in Kazan will last until October 30.
Recall, at the City Hall such exposures as a photo exhibition of Valery
Plotnikov "Vladimir Vysotsky, Marina, Friends ...", an exhibition of
war photography 1941-1945 by the Lumiere brothers Center of Photography and
exposure of the works of the local photographers "About Kazan with
love" passed with great success.
