There are changes in the structure of the Executive Committee of Kazan. 3 new authorities of the Executive Committee of the city are established: the administration of the Aviastroitelny and Novo-Savinsky regions, the administration of the Vakhitovsky and Privolzhsky regions, the administration of the Kirovsky and Moskovsky regions. The Deputies of Kazan City Duma made such a decision at the second session.
Thus there are 4 territorial local authorities of the Executive Committee of Kazan instead of 7. As it has been reported today at the session, it has been done "in order to improve management efficiency of the city regions. Administration of the Sovetsky region of Kazan has remained in its actual form.
According to the data of the financial management of Kazan, the source of the decision of deputies is budget funds provided by the estimate. "The establishment of these authorities of the Executive Committee of Kazan does not involve expenditures of the budget of Kazan", the Finance Department said.
