ASG Group to restore 17 historic buildings in Kazan
(KZN.RU, February 16, by Taisiya Basharkina) Seventeen objects of cultural and historical heritage of Kazan will be restored by the ASG investment group. According to Mayor Ilsur Metshin, an agreement on the participation of ASG in the rehabilitation and reconstruction of buildings in the city center was signed with the City of Kazan in the presence of President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
The company plans to restore seventeen historic buildings by June 15, 2013, including those in Staro-Tatarskaya Sloboda on Tukay and Narimanov streets, as well as historically significant buildings on Bauman, Moskovskaya and Karl Marx streets. ASG plans to invest 5 billion rubles in the project.
