August 16). Today, as part of a working trip to Kazan, Vitaly Mutko, the deputy
prime minister of the RF, visited the Kazan residential complex “Vesna” and the
Gorkinskyo-Ometievsky forest. He was accompanied by Rustam Minnikhanov, the
President of the RT, Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, Alexey Kuzmitsky, the
deputy plenipotentiary of the President of the RF in the Volga Federal
District, and Alexandr Plutnik, the general director of the AO “DOM.RF”.
The
construction of the residential complex “Vesna” was launched in 2015. Today, 8
multi-apartment buildings with a total area of 162 thousand square meters have
been commissioned. Until the end of 2020, it is planned to hand over another 5
residential facilities. Also, there are 2 kindergartens in the RC “Vesna” with
340 beds each, the first of which was commissioned last year, and a school for
1500 students.
Radik
Salimgaraev, the general director of the developer OOO “Unistroy”, said that
the RC “Vesna” includes a park area located on the Noksa River embankment.
Walking alleys, bicycle tracks, children's play areas are well-equipped, and
special areas for walking and training pets have been created.
Vitaly
Mutko and Rustam Minnikhanov examined the yard of the house №10 on Abbasov
Street. The traffic is limited in the yard and the access is denied to
outsiders. An underground parking lot has been created and guest places have
been moved outside the yard for the convenience of residents. The territory of
each house is fenced, equipped with a video surveillance system and is under
protection. Playgrounds have been created as well.
Then Vitaly
Mutko and Rustam Minnikhanov assessed the apartments and talked to local
residents.
After that,
the Deputy Prime Minister of the R and the President of the RT visited the
school, the opening of which is scheduled for September 1 this year. Infrastructure
includes classrooms for elementary, middle and senior grades, a library, and an
assembly hall. There is a spacious gym for physical education.
Vitaliy
Mutko noted that the housing sector of Tatarstan demonstrates a very good pace
of construction and commissioning of housing. “Specifically in this
micro-district, advanced approaches of integrated development of the territory
are used. Our task is to build complex micro-districts so that there is the
necessary environment. We must get away from the concept of “remote areas”. The
necessary conditions must be created for people of all ages. All this is
provided for in this micro-district”, marked the Deputy Prime Minister of the
RF.
Further,
Vitaly Mutko and Rustam Minnikhanov headed to the Gorkinsko-Ometievsky forest.
At the entrance to the park, a meeting was held with representatives of the
defrauded shareholders of the company “Fon” (RC “MChS”). During the
conversation, shareholders were informed that systematic work was underway in
the republic to resolve the issues of affected citizens. Earlier, a roadmap for
the completion of problematic facilities was adopted. Last year, 5 residential
buildings were delivered in Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny and Bavly thanks to the
taken measures. Citizens were also informed about the new mechanism using
escrow accounts. Rustam Minnikhanov added that soon, a meeting will be held
with representatives of the initiative groups of shareholders at the Government
of the RT.
Natalia
Fishman-Bekmambetova, an assistant to the President of the RT, conducted a tour
of the park for Vitaly Mutko. She spoke about the work, close cooperation with
the citizens in developing the project for the reconstruction of public space.
The Deputy Prime Minister of the RF assessed children's entertainment grounds,
fountains, play areas, and also examined catering facilities in the park,
reports the press service of the President of the RT.
At the end
of the inspection, Vitaliy Mutko marked that the Gorkinsko-Ometievsky forest is
an example of high-quality improvement of the urban environment. “This park is
an example of public space to which the state would direct resources. In fact,
we are allocating money for this exactly”, he added.
