The construction of the House of Culture will begin in Konstantinovka village next year
(KZN.RU, December 22, Zilya Gayfi). The House of Culture will be built within the framework of the republican program for the construction of rural clubs in the Kazan village of Konstantinovka in 2018. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, said this during the program “Theme” on the TV channel “Efir”.

We have to drive children far from home, and it’s expensive. But there are HoC and sections in the Voznesenie village. Ilsur Metshin said that the House of Culture in Konstantinovka village will appear within the framework of the great work that is being carried out to improve the social infrastructure in remote residential areas. “Indeed, the infrastructure in the villages is still not good. The level there is not yet metropolitan one. Although we built kindergartens, FAPs, police stations. A number of other infrastructure issues were resolved, and we try to build roads. 8 houses of culture were opened in recent years. As for Konstantinovka, I can also please you. The head of the city noted that this year the overhaul of the houses of culture began in Kazan for the first time in many years. The former HoC “Uritsky” (now the “Moskovsky”), built in 1934, and the HoC of Lenin of 1960, which never saw man overhaul, are among them. Ilsur Metshin said that the overhaul in the HoC of Lenin has already been completed. It remains to purchase equipment. The festive opening of the House of Culture will take place on the eve of the New Year. The Christmas tree festival will be organized.
The Mayor also shared his impressions of the visit after the overhaul of the Center for Children's Creativity “Zarechie”. “The center opened with good equipment. It was very pleasant to look at the close-knit remarkable collective of teachers and very talented children in the “Zarechyi”. I'm glad that we did it. These are the projects that serve our residents. A large layer of work was raised and resolved”, said the Mayor.
