I. Metshin congratulated the staff of the kindergarten №141 on their professional holiday
(KZN.RU, September 27, Anton Nozdrin). Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, visited the kindergarten №141 of combined type in the Aviastroitelny district. The Mayor congratulated all employees of the institution on their professional holiday the Day of teacher and preschool workers and cheered the news that the building, in which they work, will be overhauled next year. 14 schools and 7 kindergartens in total included in the provisional overhaul program in 2017.
Reseda Faskhutdinova, the head of the kindergarten, told the head of the city that about 260 children enrolled in the institution in 11 groups. The kindergarten was built in 1980. Partial replacement of water pipes and sewage systems was carried out, the roof was repaired here in 2016 as part of routine repair, but the building needs a complete overhaul.

Work on the overhaul completed in the current year. 17 schools and 3 kindergartens in total were repaired. 13 kindergartens in the amount of 285 million rubles have been restored within two years of the program action. Additional groups of children prepared and opened in 26 kindergartens. As a result, 975 new places appeared in kindergartens.
More than 67 thousand children covered by the program of preschool education for now. 333 educational organizations operating in Kazan, where 14285 workers are engage. Date of the celebration of the Day of teacher and preschool workers (September 27) is dedicated to the appearance of the first kindergarten in St. Petersburg in 1863. The Day of teacher and preschool workers is celebrated in Russia since 2004.
Iskander Giniyatullin, the deputy head of the Kazan Executive Committee on Housing and the chairman of the Housing Committee, Ilsur Hadiullin, the head of the Education Department, and Timur Alibaev, the head of the Aviastroitelny and Novo-Savinovsky districts administration, also visited the kindergarten.
