Ilsur Metshin inspected the first house in the residential complex "Pobeda"

(Kazan City KZN.RU, July 6, Kseniya Shvetsova). The first apartment building was put into operation in Kazan residential complex "Pobeda". It consists of 7 blocks of sections in height from 14 to 18 floors. The house, which is already assigned to the address Pobeda Avenue, 139, k.1, was visited by the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin today. He talked to the sales staff  and been a guest of the first residents of the house.

The entire complex consists of 42-block sections of variable height on the 2391 apartment with total area of ​​148,173 sq.m. It can accommodate more than 7000 people.

Recall the construction of large-scale residential complex "Pobeda" on the same avenue in the Sovietsky district of the city began in May 2013. The builder is LLC "Pobeda", which is part of the group of "Housing Investment Company of Kazan". Construction of residential complex "Pobeda" is supported by "Sberbank of Russia", which is the main partner. The "Pobeda" will have its own social infrastructure: an underground car parking and aboveground parking spaces, sports and children's playgrounds, shops and offices in non-residential premises of the first and second floors. Children's clinic, 2 kindergartens and several schools are nearby. The first phase of the complex is expected to be commissioned before the end of this year.

The examination of the house was also attended by the head of Sovietsky district Rustem Gafarov, chairman of the Board of Directors of LLC "Housing Investment Company of Kazan" Emil Khusnutdinov, chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company "Kazan Bank" Oscar Prokopiev and others.
