The involvement of federal land for housing was discussed in Kazan
(Kazan City KZN.RU, June 10). First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov held a meeting on federal involvement of land plots for housing construction in the turnover today in Kazan. The discussion was also attended by President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, General Director of the Federal Fund for Housing Development Denis Filippov, heads of ministries and departments of Russia and Tatarstan.
Shuvalov said that Tatarstan has a good experience in implementing of various projects, including in the construction areas. D.Filippov said that in the process of involving land in turnover a number of difficulties raises. In addition, the general director of the Fund said that the program of development must be implemented centralized, comprehensive and professionally. According to his words, Tatarstan is is very different against background of the other regions by the better efficiency.
Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin talked about a number of land plots on the territory of Tatarstan, where housing can be deployed. I.Fayzullin noted that currently these sites belong to different federal agencies, which previously agreed to transfer it to Tatarstan lands.
Igor Shuvalov previously approved involvement of federal land plots in the turnover for housing construction. According to the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, this decision will give a serious impetus to the increase in the volume of construction in the region, including in Kazan, Republic of Tatarstan Government Portal reported.
