I. Metshin instructed to control the terms of pressure testing of heating systems strictly

 (Kazan City KZN.RU, June 6). This year the number of complaints from Kazan residents for the services of utilities has decreased. However, in this regard, the city still has a work - in order to reduce them to a minimum, disruption in heating systems cannot be allowed. At today's Business Monday the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin instructed to monitor compliance with the terms of switching off the hot water strictly and to punish those businesses that allow missed deadlines not for the first time.

As the chairman of the Committee of housing and communal services of the city Executive Committee Iskander Giniyatullin told, organization, which allows disruption of the terms of pressure testing violates the safe operation of heating networks, and for this administrative responsibility is provided.

I. Metshin said that this year it is not possible only to make warnings, more effective measures should be implemented. "This year really less damages in the thermal networks has been revealed, I want to mention the stable operation of the generating company. But at the same time every year, carrying out work on the pressure testing, we run out of time, - I. Metshin said. - On this issue you need to reach the minimum complaints from citizens. We must learn to work as it should. This year, in addition to methods of persuasion, the administrative responsibility will be implemented for those who every year keeps making the same mistake".

As I.Giniyatullin reported, 5543 apartment houses and 804 social facilities have to be prepared for the beginning of the heating season. As part of the production programs of public utility complex 4 boilers and more than 70 km of urban heating networks will be reconstructed.

Experts of Kazan thermal grids have already been conducted hydraulic tests of urban heat lines in which 197 lesions of trunk and distribution networks were revealed. In a separate schedule "Kazenergo" conducts network and pressure testing of boilers.

This year the first real step in the transfer of ownerless urban heating mains was made. Last week Ministry of the Land Relations and Property of Republic of Tatarstan transferred 205 plots of heating length of more than 25 km to JSC "Generation Company" for rent for their preparation for the heating season.

The summer program also plans the replacement of the central heating systems in 70 apartment buildings, hot water systems - in 24 homes, cold water systems - in 80 homes. In addition, under the overhaul communications of 17 schools and 3 kindergartens will be replaced.

In 31 hooses 37 weather control units will be installed. Thus, the number of Kazan houses equipped with these devices will reach 2061, accounting for 55% of the housing stock. All work must be completed before 1 September, after which certificates of readiness of objects for the heating season will be issued within a month.
