I. Metshin praised the quality of the overhaul in the house №20 at st. Syrtlanova

(Kazan City KZN.RU, June 3, Kseniya Shvetsova). In Privolzhsky district of Kazan overhaul of apartment house №20 at st. Syrtlanova, built in 1985, is completed. Thanks to the work done more than 170 residents have improved their living conditions. Quality of repair was praised by the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin. He inspected the building, apartments and talked to the local residents.

Until repairs tenants complained mostly on the leaky roof, poor heating and the cold in the apartments. Overhaul of house started in February this year. LLC "Gras" has acted as the contractor. To date all the work has been completed. Total 176 people live in the house at 65 apartments. Residents say that there was no inconvenience during the repair - builders coped even with the replacement of water pipes in one day. According to the director of the Management Company of Privolzhsky district Rustem Yusupov quickly and efficiently work was possible thanks to thorough preparation. First of all works on repair of heating systems, engineering, repair of the roof and facade were carried out. Also in the house hot and cold water systems, drainage, power supplies were repaired, porches, basements were put in order, and exterior lighting was installed. The total cost was more than 17 million rubles.

Tenants of the house thanked the Mayor for conducting of overhaul and noted that the builders coped with their work excellently. I. Metshin visited one of the apartments and checked how well the workers have done their job.

The Mayor asked residents whether they were any comments or criticism. It turned out that the locals would like to update the yard playground. Head of administration of Vakhitovsky and Privolzhsky districts Andrei Lobov promised that the request of tenants will be implemented in the near future.

Recall that this year repair of 158 residential buildings in Kazan is scheduled. Complex works will be held in 126 of them, in 35 houses 110 lifts will be replaced and 2 elevator shafts will be repaired. The total budget for capital repairs of the program is 1.48 billion rubles. In addition, in 2016 it is planned to develop the design and estimate documentation for capital repairs of buildings in the coming years. For the first time at the expense of major repairs updating of technical passports of houses was made possible, so this year 64 apartment buildings will renew their passports. Currently, work on the overhaul has already started in 123 houses of Kazan.

The inspection was also attended by Chairman of the Committee of housing and communal services Iskander Giniyatullin and representatives of the management company of Privolzhsky districts.
