(Kazan City
KZN.RU, 4 April, Zilya Ghali). In Kazan the construction of four houses at st.M.Gafuri
on the program "Building houses for the resettlement of citizens from
emergency housing in 2016" is almost completed. It is planned to put into
operation four houses on 352 apartments till the end of June, and to resettle
them - till the end of the year. Progress of construction work was inspected by
the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin.
Head of the
city was accompanied by the Executive Director of the State Housing Fund under President
of RT Talgat Abdullin, first deputy head of the Executive Committee on urban
policy Azat Nigmatzyanov, head of the administration of Vakhitovsky and Privolzhsky
districts Andrey Lobov, director of the Municipal Unitary Enterprise
"Vodokanal" Andrei Egorov, representatives of the contracting
organization.
The
construction of four residential units started in August 2015. The investor of
the project is SHF under President of RT, technical customer - the Office of the
overhaul of the Executive Committee, companies “Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt”, “Ak-Tash”
and OAO "Kazantsentrstroy" were selected as a designer and general
contractor. Houses №1, 2, 4, 5 at 88 apartments each and with non-residential
premises are located at st.M.Gafuri in Vakhitovsky district.
Ilsur
Metshin inspected one, two and three bedroom apartments in the newly built
house №1, which will be sold in the final finishing. According to the head of
the city, small-sized housing is in demand in the market today, so there is no
doubt that the house will be fully populated and especially popular for young
families, who want to live close to the center of the city. As Azat
Nigmatzyanov said, at the moment the main task is to solve the problems with
the supply of networks, in particular water. Operational supply of networks
together with MUE "Vodokanal" will accelerate the delivery of houses.
It is planned to put them in operation in the second quarter of 2016.
Ilsur
Metshin noted that the resettlement program of emergency shelter is a priority
program, which thousands of Kazan residents are waiting for. "According to
the program of resettlement of residents from dilapidated housing in Kazan,
there is a huge amount of those waiting. Putting into operation of four houses
on 352 apartments will allow breaking the deadlock over the issue of long-awaited
relocation", - the Mayor said and thanked SHF for their participation in
the project. Talgat Abdullin, in turn, added that a variety of options for
resettlement will be offered the residents of damaged houses, including the
apartments in the residential complex "Salavat Cupere".
Recall, as
of January 1, 2012, 151 houses were admitted emergency in Kazan. To date, 96 houses
for the 1674 apartments with a total area of 53,500.10 square meters, which
are home to almost 5,000people, remain in the program. All these houses are
