Salih Mubarakovich Mubarakov was born in the village Sikertyan of Arsk district of Tatarstan.

In 1936 S.Mubarakov arrived in Kazan, got job at a felting mill. From 1942 to April 1944 Salih Mubarakovich fought on the Western (Belorussian) front. He was wounded, sent to a field hospital near Minsk. After treatment, he was assigned to Latvia, where he participated in the organization of the fight against gangs and the establishment of the rule of law. In 1946 he was demobilized. Salih Mubarakov awarded medals "For Victory over Germany" and "For Victory over Japan".

After the war Salih Mubarakovich entered the Kazan industrial school, after which he got job in the studio suite, where he worked for 35 years. He is the cutter of the first category. For faultless work he has twice been awarded the medal "For many years of hard work".
