First extended meeting of the Business Council under the President of Tatartan has completed in Kazan

(Kazan City KZN.RU, March 10). Today in Kazan on the site of HTEC "Corston" an extended meeting of the Business Council under the President of Tatarstan was held. The event was held under the chairmanship of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

Also it was attended by the Commissioner for the President of the Russian Federation by the rights of businessmen Boris Titov, the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, business ombudsman of RT Timur Nagumanov, more than 700 Tatarstan entrepreneurs from all municipal formations of the republic, heads of business associations and non-governmental organizations, representatives of large industrial enterprises of Tatarstan and etc.

Greeting the participants of the meeting, Rustam Minnikhanov said that the republic's leadership is constantly searching for new and more effective forms of work with entrepreneurs. "The current approach is project-based. There are several project teams, composed of entrepreneurs, government representatives, deputies. In the course of working together they represent the problem and suggest solutions. And together we are discussing it here. I believe that this form must be as effective as possible", - Rustam Minnikhanov said.

Boris Titov noted that Tatarstan leadership has made a lot for development and support of entrepreneurship in the region. "Rustam Minnikhanov often talks about the introduction of new mechanisms and approaches. Today we can see the results: in the republic industry is actively developing. Tatarstan is traditionally among the regions with the most favorable business climate", - he said.

According to the Business Ombudsman of the Russian Federation, today there are the big changes in the Russian business environment due to external conditions: rising of costs, interest rates, falling of consumer demand.

"We need to change the attitude of the authorities and business, to adapt to new conditions. I hope that all these problems we will solve together ", - he added.

Then representatives of project teams made suggestions. So, one of the topics was the creation of conditions for the organization of recreational business in the territory adjacent to Lebyazhye Lake. Head of the Administration of the Kirovsky and Moskovsky districts of Kazan Damir Fattakhov noted that today the total area of ​​the park is 3000 ha, every year it is visited by 300 thousand people. At the same time, according to the speaker, due to legal differences the park is closed for business. This, in turn, makes it impossible to create favorable conditions for leisure.

Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized that the problem also applies to other protected areas, such as coastlines. But in this case the legal contradiction can be resolved, he said. Rustam Minnikhanov invited the representatives of the project teams to connect environmentalists and Republican lawmakers to this issue, the press service of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan informs.

Tatarstan President also supported the initiative of entrepreneurs on the development of mobile and non-stationary trade. The issue of regulation of this sector was the subject of the following work of the next project team.

Another topic of conversation was the regulation of the activity of a single regional operator for the management of municipal solid waste in the republic.

Work of another project group of the Council was devoted to the extension of Kazan to provide preferential lease of municipal property to small and medium enterprises.

It is planned that the experience of the implementation of programs to support small and medium business, proposed by the Executive Committee of Kazan, will be used in other municipalities of Tatarstan. At the same time, in the future the possibility of granting of preferential terms of the lease the federally owned premises will be considered.

Finally, Rustam Minnikhanov praised the work of project teams and asked to pay no more than 3 months for the decision of each question. "If within three months the decision will not be found, the topic should be changed - he said. - In general, we need to gather as often as possible and discuss the most pressing issues in the business environment. Together we can find the right solution".
