I. Metshin: "We need to join efforts to carry out the Belekech programme"
(KZN.RU, April20). It is possible to carry out the Belekech programme only by joining forces. Kazan has to build 18 new kindergartens and to renovate 5 ones under the programme. It was announced by Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin at the Construction Wednesday meeting.
One of the issues of the meeting was a reconstruction and construction of kindergartens.
Design works are conducted for all kindergartens which must be built this year.
Also kindergartens which need an overhaul were discussed at the meeting.
“We understand that the construction work schedule is high-pressure. We will accomplish tasks, given by President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, if we work together”, Ilsur Metshin summed up.
