Ilsur Metshin acquainted with the results of the first phase of reconstruction of the park in the Derbyshki settlement

(Kazan City KZN.RU, October 29, Ksenia Shvetsova). Mayor Ilsur Metshin visited the park near the S.Said Galiev Palace of Culture in the Derbyshki settlement at st. Sovetskaya, 18, where large-scale reconstruction under the Year of parks and gardens in the Republic of Tatarstan is conducted till the end of August. Just recently a ceremonial launch of the work of the fountain was held at the renovated square in front of the Palace of Culture, and the first phase of improvement is fully completed in the nearby park. The Mayor walked in renewed park, met with the locals and planted trees on the upgraded site.

"This is just the first phase of work on the improvement of the square, next year we plan to complete the reconstruction, - I. Metshin shared plans with the residents. - In the Derbyshki settlement we pay great attention to the overhaul of buildings, construction of new kindergartens and health facilities. Recently we opened a new kindergarten and built a clinic here. Parks, of course, will also remain a focus of our attention".

Locals sincerely thanked the head of the city for park improvement and development of the Sovietsky district, in particular the Derbyshki settlement. According to them, in the settlement problem of transport is completely solved, fountain appeared here. "Previously there was an abandoned area, and now it is a beautiful park, where children enjoy playing and adults rest. Thank you for this, "- one of the residents of the settlement appealed to the Mayor.

Together with the Mayor the deputy head of the Executive Committee - Chairman of the external accomplishment Igor Kulyazhev, head of Administration of the Sovietsky district Rustem Gafarov, as well as representatives of the investor visited the park, adjacent to the S.Said Galiev Palace of Culture.

The first stage of reconstruction of the park and the area in front of S.Said Galiev Palace of Culture was conducted by investor - JSC "Kazan Optical-Mechanical Plant". Reconstruction in the first phase began in August, and in October the main works have already been performed.

According to the project track with tactile tiles appeared in the area - for more safe movement of visually impaired citizens of Kazan. In addition, small architectural forms were set: 14 city sofas, two benches, 30 bins, cast-iron bollards and road signs.

On the territory of the updated area shrubs were planted, lawn was laid, watering system was installed. Ilsur Metshin contributed to landscaping and planted several large trees together with the head of the district.

It became much lighter and safer at the area opposite S.Said Galiev Palace of Culture: 30 lamps and 3 fixtures for the cameras were installed. The main architectural renewal of the area became a fountain faced with granite, in which the pumping station was replaced.

In the park adjacent to the Palace of Culture street lighting, park benches were also installed, a playground was built. Lanes of refined relaxation area were lined with paving stones. Another feature of the park is a special area for dogs. The complex of a fenced area is a territory with a number of obstacles and barriers for training and games of dogs.

The works of the second stage of reconstruction are scheduled for next year. It is planned to install a variety of sculptures along the central lane of the park, pedestals for them are ready already. Also dance area, a stage, tables for playing chess and more will appear here. Fully work on the improvement of parkland is scheduled for completion in 2016.
