(Kazan City
KZN.RU, October 21). Construction of houses on the program of social mortgage
and a kindergarten in the area M-14 in Privolzhsly district In Kazan is
continuing. Mayor Ilsur Metshin inspected the progress of work on the
construction site. Here the Mayor held a briefing for the construction of
houses with the representatives of all the services involved in the
implementation of this major construction project.
The briefing
was attended by the Executive Director of the State Housing Fund under the President
of RT Talgat Abdullin, head of the Executive Committee Denis Kalinkin, Deputy
Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the
Republic of Tatarstan Vladimir Kudryashov, First Deputy Head of the Executive
Committee on urban policy Azat Nigmatzyanov, head of the administration of Vakhitovsky
and Privolzhsky districts Andrey Lobov, director of "Ak-Tash" Gazinur
Akhmetov, representatives of contractors and network companies.
M-14 area
is one of the largest housing projects on the social mortgage program in Kazan.
Total 17 houses for 3800 apartments are planned to build in the district. Thus,
after the completion of the district 10478 Kazan residents will get the housing
on preferential terms. More than 10 thousand citizens will not only improve
their living conditions, but also will be provided with objects of social
infrastructure, 5 kindergartens and 2 schools, 5 multi-level parkings will be
open in the district.
In the
first turn in the area of over 45 hectares four residential buildings on the
social mortgage are constructed: 3 objects on 255 apartments and a house on 89
apartments. The total area of 4 houses is 50.5 thousand square meters. In
parallel with the houses the objects of social infrastructure on the "Road
Map" program are under construction, kindergarten for 260 places is almost
completed.
Mayor Ilsur
Metshin reminded the audience that there is a strict order of the President of
Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov about handing over the objects at the site
of M-14. "By the end of this year at least one house and one kindergarten must
be handed over," - said the Mayor.
