Ilsur Metshin attends the meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan
(Kazan City KZN.RU, 17 October). The twelfth meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan of the fifth convocation is held today in a conference hall of the parliament. The session is attended by President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, State Counsellor Mintimer Shaimiev, Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, and invited members of the Government.
Presidency introduced 33 questions for parliamentarians, including 10 draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan (all prepared for the first reading), 20 projects of federal laws and a legislative initiative of the State Assembly - Kurultai of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
As the press-service of the State Council of RT informs, the main issue on the agenda is a draft law on the budget of the republic in 2016, which deputies will consider in the first reading. The document had a broad discussion on the core areas in the committees, on the zonal meetings and parliamentary hearings.
The agenda is supplemented with new questions. Thus, the adjusted agenda of the twelfth meeting of the State Council includes 41 questions.
