Ilsur Metshin attended a meeting at the House of the Government of Tatarstan

(Kazan City KZN.RU, 17 October). Program of implementation of the overhaul of apartment houses, the implementation of other national programs was discussed today at a meeting in the House of Government of the Republic of Tatarstan. President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov met with all municipal districts at a videoconference.

The meeting was attended by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin.

The keynote presentation was made by First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of Tatarstan Alexei Frolov. He reported on the situation in the field of labor protection. According to the State Labour Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan, since the beginning of 2015 there were 40 accidents, including severe outcomes – 26, deaths - 14. The Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision of Tatarstan and the State Labour Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan carried out 974 inspections since the beginning of 2015. 571 decrees were issued on the total amount of 20 million 512 thousands rubles for violation of rules and safety standards. Fines in the amount of 6 million 102 thousands rubles were collected, period of voluntary payments has not expired for 146 regulations in the amount of 7 million 713 thousands rubles.

In addition, according to the State Housing Inspectorate, 5 thousands 401 inspection screenings for objects of overhaul of apartment houses in 42 municipalities were held, the results of which were 33 revealed cases of violations of safety regulations in 11 areas.

Work on the program overhaul of apartment houses in 2015 is completed at all 999 sites. Now work to meet the comments identified in the acceptance of the commission and preparation of buildings for commissioning is going on.

Works on capital repair of schools are completed at all sites of the program for 2015. The program involved 42 districts; the list included 126 educational institutions.

Alexei Frolov also reported on the implementation of the program "Accessible Environment" for 2015. According to the program of adaptation of social facilities work is carried out on 102 sites, the overall percentage of implementation of the program is 97.34%. Under the program of the availability of educational institutions work is carried out on 145 objects. Work is completed at 122 sites.
