Mayor’s Office held Construction Wednesday

(KZN.RU, March 16, Ekaterina Andreeva). Today in the Executive Committee Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin held a meeting with representatives of construction organizations and government institutions involved in the capital construction program.

At the present time Mayor’s Office coordinates a range of projects connected with the capital construction which includes sports objects and the Universiade Village, 14 interchanges, 44 pedestrian crossings, roads under construction and repair, new metro stations, 18 new kindergartens and 5 under reconstruction, 22 houses under the social mortgage program.  

To coordinate the large-scale work and to meet problems promptly Ilsur Metshin decided to hold weekly meetings.

 “Here we gathered to hear suggestions and comments and to find a solution to problems in construction sphere”, Ilsur Metshin noted. Today participants of the meeting talked over the matter of kindergartens construction, houses under the social mortgage program, and works on the street-road network.

One of the main issues was a compliance with the construction schedule.

Moreover Ilsur Metshin focused attention to frontage of kindergartens which must be agreed in the Architecture Department of Kazan and affirmed by the chief architect.

During the meeting Mayor entrusted with tasks connected with documentation, construction funding, road building organization.
