The XXX session of the Kazan City Duma started in the City Hall
(KZN.RU, December 13). The XXX session of the Kazan City Council of the third convocation began in the Kazan City Hall. 44 deputies out of 49 present, there is a quorum for decision making. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, holds the meeting.
Deputies of the State Council of the RT, representatives of ministries and departments of the republic, heads and officials of the Kazan Executive Committee, and others also take part in the session.
Deputies will discuss 11 issues:
About the budget of the Kazan Municipality for the 2019 year and the planned period 2020-2021;
About amending the decision of the Kazan City Duma “On the budget of the Kazan Municipality for 2018 and the planned period of 2019-2020”;
