(KZN.RU,
June 25, Ksenia Shvetsova). Today at the Business Monday, Ilsur Metshin, the
Mayor of Kazan, congratulated Damir Fattakhov who previously held the post of
deputy head of the Executive Committee on the appointment of the Minister of
Youth of the RT. The head of the city wished D. Fattakhov success in his work
and noted that professionalism, as well as extensive experience of work and
communication with youth, would enable him to achieve significant results in
his new position.
Let us
remind you that Damir Fattakhov worked for 12 years at various positions in the
Kazan Executive Committee. Starting his career as one of the youngest deputies
of the Kazan City Duma, he soon became the head of the Committee for Children
and Youth Affairs, and then the head of the Kirovsky and Moskovsky districts’
administration, reminded I. Metshin. He noted that these areas were the most
difficult front of work by the number of dilapidated housing, industrial
enterprises, and representatives of a large business for the 29-year-old head.
I. Metshin
added that D. Fattakhov's considerable experience in communicating with young
people, including during the period of participation in the games of KVN played
a significant role in his appointment. “This is the way that should be, through
which you need to go. The Minister of Youth should be a young and creative
employee”, said I. Meshin. He also thanked the President of the RT for the
trust, noting that Kazan is still the main forge of cadres for the most
important posts in Tatarstan.
Despite its
thousand-year age, Kazan remains one of the youngest capitals of the subjects
of Russia in terms of the number of young people and students. The head of the
new department will continue to work for the benefit of his native city, said
I. Metshin.
D.
Fattakhov thanked his colleagues for their joint work. “One really appreciates
something when one partakes with it. I worked in a strong team of true
professionals, and I am grateful to everyone”, said D. Fattakhov and addressed
to Mayor with the words of gratitude. “You are more than a leader, you are my
teacher, a mentor, a senior companion. Thank you for believing in me,
entrusting serious work, large-scale city projects. Thanks to your example, one
of the basic principles for me was to listen and hear people for the benefit of
which we are working”.
The Mayor
wished success to Damir Fattakhov in his new position and awarded him with the
badge of distinction “For Labor and Valor for the Benefit of Kazan”.
