first deputy head of the Interior Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for
Kazan. The Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin presented the new chief of city police during
business Monday.
Alexander
Mishchikhin began his career as an operative associate in the criminal
investigation department of the MIA of Russia in the Elabuga district, taught
at the Elabuga militia school, has experience in supervising the law
enforcement system - as head of the criminal police in the Mendeleev district,
Leninogorski’ district, and for the last three years he headed the department
MIA of Russia in Leninogorski’ district.
"Security
is one of the 12 priorities of our work, the main tasks for the current
five-year plan. We pay great attention to this, "- Ilsur Metshin said. "I
am confident that Alexander Vasilievich's experience will allow him to navigate
quickly in a new place and taking into account the World Cup, which has already
