Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of the RT, inspected new construction projects in Kazan
(KZN.RU, December 15). Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of the RT, today inspected a number of new construction projects in Kazan.
Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, Olesya Baltusova, an assistant to the President of the RT, Airat Sibagatullin, the minister of Culture of the RT, Zhanna Belitskaya, the deputy head of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning and the head of the Urban Design Department, and others took part in the event together with the head of the republic.
Earlier these objects were considered at the meeting of the interdepartmental commission on issues of urban development in historical settlements on October 12. It was decided to organize an exit meeting to resolve the issue of the facilities’ construction.
The first object was a 4-storey residential building on Atlasi Street (first floors were used for public catering facilities, trade, etc.).
The next one was the site for the construction of an 8-storey residential building on Kalinin Street.
The project for the construction of a 6-storey residential building with an underground parking lot on Nur Bayan Street (between Tatarstan and Tukay streets), previously considered at the meeting of the interdepartmental commission, has gone through some changes. Earlier Rustam Minnikhanov suggested working on a new project for the facade of the building, despite the fact that it is located far in the residential quarter.
During the inspection, Rustam Minnikhanov positively assessed the additional work on the projects. Projects have received approval for their further construction, reports the press service of the President of the RT.
