Ilsur Metshin leads the rating of capitals’ heads of the VFD for June 2017

(KZN.RU, July 10). Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, took the first place in the media-rating of the information-analytical system “Medialogia” among the capitals’ heads of the Volga Federal District subjects for June 2017.

The media index of Ilsur Metshin made 24499 points, according to the analysis of federal and regional mass media. The media reported that the deputies of the Kazan City Duma supported the proposal of the Mayor of the Tatarstan's capital to confer the title of honorary citizen of Kazan to businessman Alisher Usmanov and Chulpan Khamatova. In addition, Ilsur Metshin spoke about the meeting with Cristiano Ronaldo, the captain of the Portuguese national football team, who said he dreams of playing in Kazan during the World Cup-2018. Also commenting on the football subject, the head of the city said that Kazan is 95% ready for holding matches of the FIFA World Cup-2018.

Elizaveta Solonchenko (11633.5 points), the Mayor of Nizhny Novgorod, is in second place of the media-rating, on the third place – Oleg Frusov, the head of Samara (4802.7 points).

The rating is based on the media base of the system “Medialogia”, consisting of more than 41300 of the most influential sources: TV, radio, newspapers, magazines, news agencies, and online media. The Mayor of Kazan has repeatedly led the media-ratings of the first capitals’ persons of the VFD subjects.
