I. Metshin: “RC “Vesna” is a good example of integrated development of the territory”

(KZN.RU, July 6, Alsu Safina). Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, called the residential complex “Vesna” on the Mamadyshsky tract a good example of integrated development of the territory. Now 3 houses for 1195 apartments are commissioned in the RC, the construction of 3 more houses and a kindergarten for 340 children is underway, as well as the first stage of improving the embankment of the Noksa River.

The project of the RC is designed until 2022 and includes 13 houses of the different number of storeys from 10 to 19, two kindergartens, and a school for 1.5 thousand children. The construction of a 3-storey kindergarten for 340 places began in April in the framework of the federal program “Zhilische” (Rus. “Housing”). The area of the building will be about 6.5 thousand square meters. The kindergarten will accept the first pupils in 2018.

Ilsur Metshin visited the construction site of a pre-school institution. Here the installing of concrete preparation for the foundation is completed, the basement walls of the foundation blocks are erected, the basement waterproofing is carried out, the floors are arranged, and the walls are insulated, the brickwork of the basement walls is finished. Now the installation of slabs is in progress and the brickwork of the walls of the first floor has been started. The designer of the facility is the OAO “GiproVTI”, the general contractor – the OOO “Volgadorstroy”, the subcontractor – OOO “SMP-3000”.

Ilsur Hadiullin, the head of the Education Department, drew attention to the demand for a kindergarten. 650 children live in the micro-district, and almost 300 of them are aged 3 to 7 years. I. Hadiullin presented the Mayor of Kazan Leisan Gafarova, the head of the kindergarten, who has experience of participation in the opening of a new preschool educational institution. According to the head of the department, now there is a coordination of the equipment list, and in general, there are no remarks at the moment. Ilsur Metshin urged the builders to take into account the wishes of the kindergarten’s management and the future staff.

The Mayor of Kazan approved the desire of the management of the company-builder “Unistroy” to provide the neighborhood with a social infrastructure. “It’s good that you are building kindergartens on the program “Zhilische”. The neighborhood is not in the center of the city, and it is necessary to ensure the availability of kindergartens and other social infrastructure in walking distance. Especially since the apartments are purchased mainly by young families”, noted I. Metshin.

Ilfat Gilfanov, the director of the Management Company “Unistroy”, said that there are few apartments for sale left. Housing in a new residential complex was in demand.

The Mayor of the city noted the role of competition between developers in the housing construction and drew attention to the bright facades of houses and how comfortably yards and footpaths are designed. “Even in cloudy weather, the mood arises when looking at these houses”, he noted.

A feature of the RC infrastructure is the proximity of the Noksa River. This year, the developer began to improve the park area along the river. The project of an accomplishment provides the organization of an entrance area, bicycle tracks, a terrace, various grounds for yoga, work-out, dog walking, and also children's playground and extreme areas. The total area of the park is 86.8 thousand square meters.

“This is a good example of integrated development of the territory. You are not squeezing the maximum profit from a square meter of land. You offer a way of life, tomorrow”, noted I. Metshin. “As I drive by, I constantly see how the cranes work. It is a very thorough approach, everything here is for people”.

Tatiana Prokofieva, the chief architect of Kazan, Rustam Gafarov, the head of the Sovetsky district’s administration, and others visited the residential complex “Vesna” together with the Mayor.
