Kulahmetov, 25 in Moskovsky district of Kazan. Due to the inclusion in the program of capital repair yard area will be transformed significantly - by August it is planned to build a sports and children's playground, area for dog walking. The Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin watched over the course of overhaul today. The Mayor checked the quality and safety of the equipment planned for installation for games and sports and talked with the residents of the house, who gave their opinion about the work.

As the head of the administration of Kirovsky and Moskovsky districts Sergei Mironov told, previously small playground enclosed by netting was located in the yard, which eventually became useless. Thanks to overhaul new multi-purpose area with a special coating will be created in the yard, where people will be engaged in a mini-football, street ball and street workout. Also in frames of the improvement of the yard project it is planned to establish a platform for dog walking, sitting area with the possibility of playing chess and a children's playground. According to Sergei Mironov, special attention will be paid to street workout, as the sport is gaining popularity today - here gymnastic parallel bars will be established, horizontal bars for pull-ups and push-ups, benches for exercise. And for small Kazan residents a sandbox, a swing, a labyrinth and other game elements will be established.

Residents have already evaluated the first results of this work. In the yard asphalt surface was laid, pruning of trees was carried out, the old playground and sports equipment was removed. The works on zoning, marking walkways and recreation areas are going on. In general, as the director of the LLC "MC of utilities of Moskovsky district" Oleg Kalimov told, work was carried out on 20%.

Mayor of Kazan asked the residents of the house, whether all of their suggestions were taken into account. "Everything is thought out well. I live in this house for 34 and see how our yard transformed. This place always was asking for sports and playground, where small children could play and older kids to practice sports. The project is a great, work is going quickly and efficiently. They well-groomed trees, made a "pocket" for machines, equipped a playground. I as a father and as a car owner assess these changes positively", - one of the residents of the house Artem commented.

Ilsur Metshin thanked the residents for the positive feedback, saying that the citizens themselves are the best evaluators of such works. "It is important to hear your opinion. I am glad that after the overhaul children will be able to play here, young people - to train, and moms with strollers - just relax"- Mayor said and promised to come to the yard on the eve of the holiday of the Republic Day.

The workshop was also attended by Deputy Head of the Executive Committee - Chairman of the Committee of improvements Igor Kulyazhev, Chairman of the Housing and Utilities Iskander Giniyatullin.

In total this year in Kazan works on the improvement of 49 yards are scheduled. Complete landscaping now is conducted in 5 yards: st. Ac.Lavrentev, 20, 22, Pobeda ave., 56, 58, 60, st. Ac.Zavoysky, 16, 18, 20, st. Kulahmetov, 25, st. Zur Uram, 8, 10. Complete landscaping includes paving, sports equipment installation, individual game elements (swings, slides, little houses), small architectural forms, benches, urns, flower beds. Sport and play areas are equipped with modern safe rubberized coating.
