KZN.RU, January 14, Zilya Gayfi). In 2015 in Kazan young family of Marat and Elmira
Zakirovs born sons - the only one triplet in the city. Mayor Ilsur Metshin congratulated
the family of the newlyweds with a long-waited addition today at the walls of
the updated Registry Office. The head of the city took part in the naming
ceremony and presented gifts to new parents. Also the head of the city inspected
the building of Registry Office and got acquainted with the peculiarities of work
of its employees.
A
significant event in life of the young Kazan couple Marat and Elmira Zakirovs occurred
October 26, 2015, when their sons-triplets appeared. Parents gave children euphonious
Tatar names - Salavat, Jawdat and Murat. According to mum of kids, triplets
were born in her genus, the trend is observed in the family through the
generations.
After the
naming ceremony, which was held by employee of registrar in the beautiful new
form, Ilsur Metshin congratulated parents with the birth of sons. "Last
year in your family the only ones in the city triplets were born. This is significant
event, with which I heartily congratulate you. I wish you and your children
health, happiness and prosperity, to your kids grow up for your joy"- said
the Mayor and presented a certificate of naming to parents, and as a gift - a certificate
to the store of children's toys.
Naming
ceremony took place within the walls of the updated Registry Office of the city
– it moved at st. Meridiannaya, 4 in New Savinovsky district of Kazan a year
ago. As the head of the Registry Office of the city Guzel Gabbasova, who made a
short tour for Ilsur Metshin, told, daily center services at least 100 people.
For the
convenience of residents terminals of electronic queue are installed next to
the entering, where the applicants take the form for the current day or following
days. Nearby infomats of e-Government of Tatarstan are located, through which
citizens can fill out an application in electronic form on any kind of civil
status, as well as pay a state fee. Kazan residents can pre-book an appointment
with any specialist through the portal of public services or to receive service
in a queue. These entries are synchronized through the portal with the terminal
of electronic queue.
Reception
area itself is divided into two parts: a primary area of civil registration
(birth, paternity, adoption, marriage, divorce, change of name) and a zone of
repeated issuance of documents and archives. Departments are divided with waiting
area where visitors awaiting their turn at a sofa. There is also a small
children's area, where kids can draw something without disturbing their
parents.
The heart
of the registrar is its archive. There are documents relating to the personal
lives of several generations of Kazan residents. "Archive contains about
3.5 million records. Vital records shall be kept for 100 years. Then they are
transferred for storage to the National Archives of the Republic of Tatarstan. “In
2019 we will transfer our archives for 1918"- Guzel Gabbasova opened the
secrets of the job.
Especially
valuable are the civil registry of the famous residents of Kazan. So, G.Gabbasova
showed Ilsur Metshin acts of records of the birth of the writer Vasily
Aksyonov, the brother of the first Russian President Boris Yeltsin - Mikhail
Yeltsin, actor Leonid Filatov, as well as recording of act of marriage and the
death of Joseph Stalin’s son - Vasily Stalin. These rare documents are stored
in accordance with strict requirements - in rooms with comfortable mechanical
racks, special fire-extinguishing system, controlled humidity and temperature.
At the end Ilsur
Metshin noted that Kazan Registry Office provides comfortable environment for
services. It is possible to make an appointment to see a specialist and pay the
state fee in one visit, which saves time of residents.
