I. Metshin: "Kazan has reached great heights in the improvement of social infrastructure"

(Kazan City KZN.RU, December 10, Ksenia Shvetsova). Second building of autonomous municipal preschool educational institution "Kindergarten №224 of combined type" "Fir-tree" opened in the Sovietsky district. Mayor Ilsur Metshin congratulated the staff and pupils of the kindergarten.

"Of course, nothing can replace family for a child, but still experienced teachers in kindergartens have to reveal the talents of the children, - said I. Metshin. - Thanks to the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the support of the federal government we have reached great heights in the improvement of social infrastructure. And this is very important because this way we create the conditions for our children to grow up healthy and please us. We will continue to do everything that they lived in a happy, well-maintained, beautiful and safe city". Also the Mayor noted that "Fir-tree" is the 14th newly built kindergarten of 20 scheduled for this year, and last year in Kazan 31 kindergartens were managed to build.

The new institution has all the conditions for the comprehensive development of children. The second building of the kindergarten, construction of which started in May of this year, is designed for 80 kids, total 4 groups of children will be brought up there. It is planned to create a modern, information-rich educational environment that will promote the development of children. Music hall, combined with physical culture hall, class of study of the Tatar language, logopedist and methodical study classes, medical and food processing units, laundry are functioning in the institution.

Kids here will be brought up concerning individual abilities, as well as parents' requests, using new methods of education of preschool children. They cover different areas of children's development: physical, social, personal, cognitive-verbal, artistic and aesthetic. And in the future in the kindergarten additional educational services will be organized - for example, children sports club and music studio will be opened.

Head of the institution Reseda Dorofeeva thanked the Mayor's Office of Kazan and builders, noting that the new building of the kindergarten was a real gift for the children and their parents to the New Year. However, this present was not the only - Mayor presented a cake for children, and the management of the kindergarten was awarded with a certificate for the purchase of sports equipment.

"It is important to create the conditions so that children from an early age were not only able to properly communicate with each other, to share, to live in a society, but also to sing, to dance, to develop in a creative direction, - said I. Metshin. - I want that Kazan had more reasons to build new playgrounds, schools and kindergartens".
