Extra income of the municipal budget will focus on three main objectives in 2011
(KZN.RU, January 10, Elena Chembaeva). Extra income of themunicipal budget will focus on three main objectives: the reduction in municipal debt, the Five Years of Health financing and the improvements. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan has announced today on the Business Monday.
"A new fiscal year starts. We have adopted a deficit-free budget, we plan extra incomes. Three purposes for which extra incomes will be sent: this is a reduction of our debt to banks and financial institutions, the Five Years of Health - all that we promised the people who supported the Edinaya Rossiya project and the third purpose is improvements", the mayor said.
"In the improvements area we need to get equipment, once again look at the quality of contractors and managers", the Mayor of Kazan noted commenting the cleaning system of roads.
